Browser Settings

If you're having trouble logging in or trouble using the site, please print out this page and try these in the order shown. They are listed in the order of most common problems to least common problems.

From Internet Explorer's Menu at the top of the page, click "Tools", and then click "Internet Options..."
  • Click on the "Privacy" Tab
    • Make sure you are set to Medium
    • Or
    • If you have Custom Settings
      1. Click the advanced button
      2. Make sure "always allow session cookies" is checked
  • Click the "Advanced" Tab
    • Click the "Restore Defaults" button
  • Click the "General" Tab
    • Click the "Delete Cookies..." button
    • Click the "Delete Files..." button
      • On the "Delete Files..." popup, make sure "Delete all offline content" is checked
    • Click the "Settings..." button
      • On the "Settings..." popup, under "Check for newer versions of stored pages", make sure "Every visit to the page" is chosen
From Internet Explorer's Menu at the top of the page, click "Help", and then click "About Internet Explorer"
  • Make sure that the version is above 5.1
  • If not, please upgrade
